Try new things

Learn a new sport, go to a musical, or try a different food.

Laugh

Set a “joke time” in your family. Tell a new joke every day.

Take some funny pictures with your friends.

Be nice

Hug your mom and dad (not only when they buy you ice creams).

Is your friend having a bad day? Invite him/her to a movie at home.

Get moving
